    Please, don’t hesitate to contact us if you have any enquiries or any special request. Mind that we are a little hotel, and we don’t have a reception, but if you need us we are always around.

    What time is CHECK-IN?

    CHECK-IN: Between 2pm and 8pm. When booking please confirm your estimated time of arrival. Please note we DO NOT operate a 24 hour reception, but we can arrage a LATE check-in if you book that in advance. Although the normal check in time is after 2.00pm we will be happy to look after your luggage until your room becomes available.

    What time is CHECK-OUT?

    CHECK-OUT is usually no later than 11.00 am. Later check out can be arranged for an additional charge subject of course to constraints of anticipated arrivals.

    Can I book breakfast?

    You can always decide to order breakfast at the propriety for 15£/person. Mind that we do PRE-ORDER Breakfast the day before, to avoid waste and serve always fresh delicious food.

    Do you have parking?

    Please check on CONTACT US page for PARKING OPTIONS. We used to have private parking but unfortunately the owner of the lot has not renewed our contract this year.

    Do you store luggages?

    Left luggage is accepted on the understanding that it is entirely at your own risk. Whilst we have never encountered any bad experiences, we are unable to accept any responsibility or liability for loss or damage whatsoever.

    Cancellation Policy

    It will depend on the rate that you chose during your booking. For short stays of maximum of 4 days, it is ONE DAY of cancellation policy. For long stays of minimum of 5 days, it is FIVE DAY of cancellation policy. For Non-Refundable rate, the cancellation policy applies from ONE HOUR after your booking. After the cancellation term, the full amount of your booking will be charged in any case.
