Double / Twin Rooms from £99 to £295
Room only basis from £70 to £270
Single occupancy from £60 to £270
The above rates are quoted in UK pounds sterling and are per room per night, including VAT.
The rates shown reflect seasonal variations and are subject to availability.
Minimum Stay
At busy times of the year and almost always at weekends, we have a minimum stay policy. This will vary from 2 nights at the weekend (3 at Bank Holidays) and up to 7 days during conference periods and the busy summer months.
Check-in
Between 2pm and 8pm. When booking please confirm your estimated time of arrival. Please note we DO NOT operate a 24 hour reception, but we can arrage a LATE check-in if you book that in advance. Although the normal check in time is after 2.00pm we will be happy to look after your luggage until your room becomes available.
Check-Out
Is usually no later than 11.00 am. Later check out can be arranged for an additional charge subject of course to constraints of anticipated arrivals.
Cancellation or amendment
It will depend on the rate that you chose during your booking.
For short stays of maximum of 4 days, it is ONE DAY of cancellation policy.
For long stays of minimum of 5 days, it is FIVE DAY of cancellation policy.
For Non-Refundable rate, the cancellation policy applies from ONE HOUR after your booking.
After the cancellation term, the full amount of your booking will be charged in any case.
Cancellation or amendment by us
All bookings are taken at the discretion of the management and subject to availability.
Occasionally due to circumstances beyond our control it may be necessary to cancel or amend a room reservation rendering such bookings as unavailable. Whilst we will make every effort to avoid this happening we cannot guarantee this and failure to do so will not constitute a breach of contract between us. In the unlikely event that these circumstances arise we reserve the right to change or cancel your booking. If this happen you may:
-Accept the changed arrangements as notified;
-Make an alternative arrangement with us;
-Cancel your reservation and receive a full refund;
Smoking
We are strictly a NO SMOKING establishment,
smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises.
Lost keys
On registering you are signing for one full set of keys. You accept full responsibility for all persons in your party. Keys lost or not returned on departure will be charged at £200 per set.
Damages
Any damage caused by smoking or any means other than general wear and tear will be billed against the credit/debit card details provided at the time of booking/check-in, there is a minimum charge of £150.
Take away Food
Cooked food items such as curries, pizzas etc are NOT to be taken to or consumed in the bedrooms.
Left Items
We are very happy to return items that you might have left in your room at departure, there is a minimum charge of £10 for the return of such items. Items NOT claimed with 15 days after departure will be sent to a local charity outlet.

Car parking and left luggage is accepted on the understanding that it is entirely at your own risk. Whilst we have never encountered any bad experiences, we are unable to accept any responsibility or liability for loss or damage whatsoever.
